In today's society, too many older people feel discarded and forgotten - and are often struggling alone through challenges with house, care, and the cost of living.

older people in Wales live on or below the poverty line, often struggling to afford basics such as adequate food or heating.

older people in Wales consistently feel lonely.

pensioners in Wales are eligible for Pension Credit but are not claiming it.

Helping older people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Age Cymru Advice provides free, expert information and advice to older people across Wales, as well as their families, friends, carers, and professionals.

We campaign for older people’s rights and challenge the inequalities they face. And through our friendship services, we’re making sure that no one has to face later life alone.

But we can't do any of it without you.

friendship calls were made through Age Cymru's Telephone Friendship Service - offering conversation, connection, and companionship to older people across the country.

issues were resolved by Age Cymru, providing expert guidance and support to older people throughout the nation.
