Swim, cycle, run or hike. However you choose to fundraise, by getting active for Age Cymru you'll be making a huge difference to the older people who need our support.

  • The Big Step

    Join The Big Step fundraising challenge and walk 50 miles during the month of September or set your own challenge to help us reach even more lonely or isolated older people.
  • Cardiff Half Marathon

    If you’re looking for a new challenge, then why not run the Cardiff Half Marathon on 5 October 2025 to not only get fit and healthy but also raise funds and help us continue supporting older people in Wales.
  • Virtual challenge

    Create your own virtual challenge. If you’re a cyclist, you could aim to ride the distance between London and Paris (300 miles). If you're a swimmer, you could cover the equivalent of the English Channel (21 miles).
