Virtual challenge for Age Cymru

Create your own distance challenge and do it your way.

Create your own virtual challenge. If you’re a cyclist, you could aim to ride the distance between London and Paris (300 miles). If you're a swimmer, you could cover the equivalent of the English Channel (21 miles).

How do I get started?

  • Decide what your challenge will be and how you want to complete it. You might want to try the distance across the English Channel (21 miles), from London to Paris (300 miles), or from Land's End to John o' Groats (603 miles).
  • Set up a JustGiving page so people can donate online. 
  • Keep everyone up to date on any training you do beforehand, and how you’re getting on once the challenge has begun.
