We help older people claim the benefits they’re entitled to
Working alongside our local Age Cymru partners, we make sure older people know about the financial support available to them - such as Pension Credit, Attendance Allowance, and Carer’s Allowance - and help them to make successful claims.
9 million

In 2024–2025, we helped identify £9 million in unclaimed benefits. Together with our local Age Cymru partners, we supported older people across Wales to access financial support - unlocking £9 million in unclaimed benefits they were entitled to.
Check what you're entitled to
Every year in Wales, up to £2 billion in benefits goes unclaimed - and more than £200 million of that is Pension Credit alone. A quick benefits check could unlock the support you’re entitled to.
