Pontypridd residents can come and talk to Age Cymru about healthy ageing at the Big Welsh Bite this weekend (2-3 August).
Our Healthy Ageing team will be offering taster sessions to members of the public in Nordic Walking and LIFT - a gentle exercise programme.
We'll also be providing information about volunteering opportunities with Age Cymru and the ‘Add To Your Life' health check.
Our Healthy Ageing Manager, Claire Bottomley, says:
"Please come along and meet Age Cymru's Healthy Ageing team at the Big Welsh Bite this weekend.
"You can try your hand at Nordic Walking and our gentle LIFT exercises.
"We can also tell you how you can help out at Age Cymru by volunteering with us and our Healthy Ageing programmes.
"So if you're at the Big Welsh Bite on 2 and 3 August, please come along and see Age Cymru and find out more about what we can do for you".
The friendly staff from Age Cymru Enterprises Pontypridd will also be at the Big Welsh Bite to talk to you about our products and services.
The Big Welsh Bite takes place at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park, Pontypridd on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 August.
