National Falls Awareness week

As chair of the National Falls Prevention Taskforce in Wales, Age Cymru is working in partnership with Age Connects Wales, and Care & Repair Cymru to lead a public awareness campaign all about falls.
Leaflet to help older people reduce their risks of falling over
We know that falling over is not an inevitable part of growing older so for this year’s National Falls Awareness week, the Taskforce is sharing our leaflet for older people. This leaflet helps people to recognise what might increase their risk of falling over and empower them with information to take action.
If you are service or organisation working with older people, please feel free to use the leaflet to share with people you support.
