Have you had your winter flu jab yet?
Age Cymru's Keep Well This Winter campaign is encouraging everyone with health conditions such as diabetes, respiratory problems, heart or kidney disease, to have their free seasonal flu jab.
We also as want people who are over 65 and automatically eligible for this protection, to have it.
It is vital that older people who have underlying health conditions have their free flu vaccination.
This is because existing health conditions could be complicated or made worse if you catch the flu, yet take-up of the jab this winter across Wales has been low.
The flu virus is now circulating in Wales, so please speak to your GP or practice nurse at the earliest opportunity to make an appointment for your winter flu vaccination which is available for free on the NHS for people who qualify.
